First 8 Months : Skills & Knowledge Enhancement
A strong foundation of management skills and knowledge along with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking needed to make decisions in a complex, fast-moving environment, even with vague and chaotic information is imparted to the students. They learn to understand human behavior in organizations and peculiarities of different markets. The curriculum comprises of economics, operations, finance, marketing, accounting and control, management communication, enterprise development and strategy, whereby the students improve their management communication skills and learn micro-consumer behavior, macro-industrial analysis, and quantitative analysis.
Second 8 Months : Finishing, Broadening & Deepening
Now, students choose to broaden their learning with a diverse mix of electives, or deepen their corporate specialization towards finance, marketing, or entrepreneurship. For instance, students preparing for a career in banking might opt five finance electives, and pursue FRM (Financial Risk Management) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification. At the end of the course, each student is required to completing a required Management Research Report (MRR), a graduate thesis that may take the form of an action-based feasibility study, a corporate strategy, an entrepreneurial venture, or a case series, to demonstrate the integration of all skills.
